Position Overview:
Our agency is seeking a creative and motivated intern to help grow our social media presence and generate qualified leads through engaging content. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how marketing strategy, social media management, and customer engagement intersect to drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule original, high-quality content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop strategies to attract at least 100 new leads per month through digital engagement and targeted posts
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts to ensure brand consistency and timely responses
- Interact with followers by replying to messages and comments to encourage engagement and conversions
- Track social media performance and report key metrics to the Agent
- Stay current with trends and best practices to continually optimize results
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet performance goals
- Previous experience with content creation, marketing, or digital analytics is a plus

Compensation: $2,000.00 per month
